On the day of our departure, they came to our Airbnb to pick up the car AND drove us to the airport free of charge. Zurückgeben war gar kein Problem, Schlüssel abgeben und dann bekommst du direkt die Rechnung per E-Mail. I wish I would've known about Lucayan before I traveled to the Bahamas and just rented from them right off the bat. The place is ran by a small business owner on the island and is located in a neighborhood. Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our rental experience was the best. Upon returning the car, Kevin offered to drive us to the airport, but before we did, he drove us to a local bakery and bought us a local pastry to try! We rented the minivan through Lucayan for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. They were very communicative and helpful the whole time. We came in 2 groups so the first group was able to drop baggage off and come back for us at our flight arrival time. The car was in perfect condition, it drove great and was a great value.
