On the day of our departure, they came to our Airbnb to pick up the car AND drove us to the airport free of charge. The owner and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do and places to go on the island. Exceptional service from beginning to end. I wish I would've known about Lucayan before I traveled to the Bahamas and just rented from them right off the bat. The place is ran by a small business owner on the island and is located in a neighborhood. Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our rental experience was the best. Upon returning the car, Kevin offered to drive us to the airport, but before we did, he drove us to a local bakery and bought us a local pastry to try!
