One stop shopping. Though I was unfortunate to get a flat during my trip, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how quickly he responded, repaired the tire, and ensured that all affected family members were transported safely to their destinations. I wish I would've known about Lucayan before I traveled to the Bahamas and just rented from them right off the bat. The place is ran by a small business owner on the island and is located in a neighborhood. Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our rental experience was the best. Upon returning the car, Kevin offered to drive us to the airport, but before we did, he drove us to a local bakery and bought us a local pastry to try! Bringen dich zu deinem Auto, wo du dann das Auto checken kannst und sie geben dir noch Tips welche Strände sehr gut sind oder wo man sich lieber nicht alleine hin begeben soll. Zurückgeben war gar kein Problem, Schlüssel abgeben und dann bekommst du direkt die Rechnung per E-Mail. We rented the minivan through Lucayan for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. They were very communicative and helpful the whole time. We came in 2 groups so the first group was able to drop baggage off and come back for us at our flight arrival time. The car was in perfect condition, it drove great and was a great value.
